Talk to anyone who has ever made any money in real estate and they will all tell you the same thing. Do the opposite of what everybody else is doing. Buy when everyone else is selling.
This sounds so simple but most people don't have the strength to do it. That's why only the select few make money.
Joseph - I am a firm believer in cranking up the advertising and marketing when most others are cutting back.
Makes a lot of sense. Warren Buffet once said "The time to buy is when there is blood in the streets." I think he was playing the same game.
