A Cold Blast in Boca Raton, Florida

When I feel temperatures like we have right now I remember how lucky we are to live here in South Florida.  The nice thing about it down here is that when it dips into the 40's or 50's this time of year the worst of it is when you are sleeping and it only last a day or so. Many people will be at the beach again in a couple of days.

In Maryland, this morning brings the snow plows and the fact that we are faced with massive snow removal efforts. The federal and local government offices are closed. Many are thinking about a move to a more moderate climate.

This is a good time to advertise your listings to out of state buyers. People who are tired of the snow will think of moving.

Oh, no fair.  It's cold and windy here in Massachusetts.  We could use a break in the weather - and a beach day!
