We are all familiar with the Eden Condominium that has been sitting half finished for a long time. Well the good news is that it is now being completed and turned into a luxury rental property. All of the people who originally bought apartments there have been compensated so they can finally move on with their lives. Things started to move with this problem project as soon as the Florida Attorney General got involved.

The City Council will hold a special meeting on July 27, 2009 at City Hall to help decide their future relationship with Ceebraid-Signal, the developer of the Eden Condominium project. The Eden has been half completed and sits at 300 W. Palmetto Park Rd. Its a huge eyesore and the people who closed and are living on the property really got a bad deal and deserve some relief at this point. Its been five years.

The Eden Condo in Boca Raton has been sitting on Palmetto Park Rd. unfinished for a very long time but according to the developer, Ceebraid-Signal out of West Palm Beach the end may be in sight. With all the delays and plan changes its hard to really know whats happening with the complex which is a big eyesore and has caused many problems for the people who purchased a unit in there. The latest plan has the developer buying back all the units and then turning the whole complex into a luxury rental community. Whatever they decide I hope it happens fast so everyone can move on and we don't have to look at the unfinished development anymore. Definitely a tough time for everyone involved.
