The problem is some of the less qualified ones often make really bad decisions costing investors hundreds of thousands of dollars and hurting the borrower at the same time.

A Cold Blast in Boca Raton, Florida
When I feel temperatures like we have right now I remember how lucky we are to live here in South Florida. The nice thing about it down here is that when it dips into the 40's or 50's this time of year the worst of it is when you are sleeping and it only last a day or so. Many people will be at the beach again in a couple of days.
