Property Managers

A property manager may be a good idea for your rental property if you live in another state and don't want many of the headaches that go along with being a landlord.  The owners that use property managers usually have multiple properties but some with as few as one do use their services.  They can maintain the property, get it cleaned before new tenants arrive and collect your rents.  These services do come at a price and you will have to decide how much of that monthly rent is worth giving up.
